Users residing in Bangladesh may register on this platform, but compliance with local laws and regulations is mandatory. tg99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Security

Each user may create only one account, and operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. tg99 will not be held liable for unauthorized use of an account unless you notify us immediately. tg99 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict the account until verification is complete.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tg99 only accepts approved payment methods listed on the platform. Withdrawal requests are processed within the specified timeframe after verification is complete. tg99 reserves the right to suspend any transaction if money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected. For any payment-related disputes or issues, please contact the support team and attach any required evidence.

Betting Rules & Fair Play Policy

All betting activities on the tg99 platform are conducted in accordance with established rules. tg99 reserves the right to void or review any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. Match fixing, use of bots, or any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure. tg99 will not be held responsible for disconnections or technical issues during live betting. Account Closure & Suspension

In the event of any breach of these terms, tg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If there is evidence of multiple account operation, false information, or fraudulent activity, the account balance may be forfeited. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. As part of our responsible gaming policy, users can take advantage of self-imposed breaks or deposit limits. For the return of any valid balance following account closure, please contact the support team.

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Tg99 is not liable for damages caused by technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any disputes will first be addressed through our customer support team. If a dispute remains unresolved within 30 days of contacting the support team, it may be escalated for higher-level review.
